Kate Hudson

BlogProbably the movie that made Kate a star was Almost Famous with Kevin Sussman. She played a girl named Penny Lane, named after the Beatles' song, who was a groupie of the band the movie was about. Well, there's nothing "almost" about how famous she is now!
Kate's mom is true Hollywood legend Goldie Hawn.
And although Kate never asked for their help in starting her career, after it was launched Kate joined her brother, her mother, and Kurt to form a production company, Cosmic Entertainment. Ket's brother, also an actor, is Oliver Hudson.
Kate's most Jewish project was reading from the writings of young Jews in I'm Still Here: Real Diaries of Young People Who Lived During the Holocaust.
